A sleek 165cm long all weather ocean going small unmanned surface vehicle, the EMILY Hurricane/Cyclone Tracker was developed under funding by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as a new platform tool for hurricane research. Outfitted with a satellite link, camera, reciprocating internal combustion engine, and a variety of sensors, EMILY will collect sea-level data for NOAA.
